Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers, ensuring minimal delays.
- Send interview invitations and provide relevant details to both candidates and panellists.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers for feedback and next steps.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Handle initial interactions with candidates to understand their profiles and expectations.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Support pre-onboarding formalities such as document collection and verification.
- Coordinate employee orientation and induction sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A basic understanding of recruitment and interview coordination processes is a plus.
