Description
Amazon seeks a skilled Software Development Engineer to innovate and build cutting-edge technology solutions. As an SDE, you will:

1. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive and design innovative products and services.
2. Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant technologies in a distributed computing environment.
3. Develop solutions for distributed systems, storage, index, and query systems.
4. Work in an agile environment delivering high-quality software.

Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures).
3. Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++, Python, Java, Perl).

Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous technical internship(s).
2. Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, relational databases.
3. Optimization mathematics knowledge (linear, nonlinear).
4. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
